When We Are Closed

If you require urgent medical assistance which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, please hang up and dial 111.  Calls to the NHS111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.  If you have a life threatening medical emergency please hang up now and dial 999.

After you have supplied the necessary details a doctor may call you back, and depending on your clinical condition you may receive advice, be offered a consultation at a Primary Care Centre or a home visit.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

NHS 111 Online

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally.

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

  • Treat yourself at home
  • Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
